Journey -2:The Mysterious Island is about a young boy Sean Anderson who receives radio signal from his grandfather-in form of a code and Sean Anderson with help of Hank,who is her mother's new life partner and Sean Anderson doesn't like him much,puts both Sean Anderson and Hank on the same page to crack the code of Mysterious Island.They take reference of three books to crack the code.
Sean Anderson with Hank kick starts journey to Mysterious Island through Palau where they meet Gabato-who is their tour guide and his daughter Kailani also accompany three men and also becomes Sean Anderson love interest in the movie.
This team of four take a helicopter-which is not in a good shape to reach Mysterious Island,they manage to reach somehow to their destination and over their Sean Anderson meets his grandfather Alexander Anderson.With reference of Verne's book they discover a place Atlantis over there which was under sea water.
As the story proceeds further,Alexander finds out one day that this island is sinking slowly,and they will have to make a fast rescue for their survival,Now how to how do they plan and execute this rescue mission,is remaining story of Journey -2:The Mysterious Island.
Dwayne Rock Johnson,Josh Hutcherson,Vaneesa Hudgens have portrayed role of Hank,Sean Anderson and Kailani respectively.This movie is second instalment of Journey to the centre of the Earth and is directed by Brad Peyton.
Journey -2:The Mysterious Island has memorable dialogues,and one of them is"Who's up for adventure"?D.O.P by David Tattersall is good and background score synchronises well with the camerawork of the movie.
